All prices F.O.B. Kendal , Ontario, except with specials which are prepaid.
We are sorry but we cannot accept C.O.D. orders. Payment may be made by Cash,
Cheque, Visa.
Prices are subject
to change without notice. This cancels all previous lists.
Our Liability ceases when trees are delivered to carrier. Seller at no time will
be responsible for more than the purchase price of merchandise. NO WARRANTIES
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
Orders are booked subject to crop conditions.
A deposit of a least 25% must accompany all orders, and the balance must be paid
10 days before shipment.
Orders cannot be cancelled without our written permission, and we reserve the
right to keep the deposit on all orders. Cancellations must be made before March
15th. 50 of one size and kind at the 100 rate, 500 of one side at the 1000 rate.
TAXES
Ontario residents must add Sales Tax. A tax exemption form must accompany your
order, which is good for four years from the date. All prices in the catalogue
are less G.S.T.
CARE OF TREES UPON ARRIVAL
The package should be opened and the trees, if not going to be planted immediately,
should be "heeled-in". {By this we mean digging a trench approximately
6" deep, depending
on root length, placing bunches of seedlings in the trench. Put soil back over
roots and pack well}. The seedlings should be watered and will be able to be
left in this condition for up to 10 days. If you cannot plant the seedlings within
this period, the strings or elastics should be removed and the trees spread out
about 1" apart
and watered and the soil packed around them. They should be watered every 4 to
5 days.
IMPORTANT: When planting seedlings, care should be taken that the roots are not
exposed to the hot sun or drying winds.
U.S. Orders
All prices
are in Canadian Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard or cheque. If paying by a
U.S. cheque in U.S. dollars, one U.S. dollar will equal $1.10 Canadian. If using
Visa or Mastercard, the exchange rate will be set by the credit card company
and your card will be charged in Canadian dollars. All U.S. orders are subject
to a Phyto Sanitary Inspection and the charge varies with the size of the order
and time of the inspection. All orders are F.O.B. Kendal, Ontario, Canada unless
otherwise arranged. The terms and conditions of sale listed at the front of the
book must be followed. |
